SHIPPING POLICY

Our Promise

Every Sonocouture order is packed with care and dispatched promptly. Please read this policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you check out to the moment your parcel arrives at your door.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations & Rates

We ship worldwide. Rates and estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All prices on sonocouture.com are displayed inclusive of Irish VAT where applicable for Irish and EU customers.


For orders shipped outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom), your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you have any concerns.

5. Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur due to high-volume periods, customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days (Ireland/EU) or 30 business days (International) of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. Sonocouture is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at hello@sonocouture.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

7. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. We will work with you to resolve the matter — whether through a replacement or a refund.
